At Visit.tax, we are dedicated to processing your Visitax application as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines what you can expect regarding the delivery of your Travel Authorization.
Processing Time
Upon submitting your form and completing the payment on our website, our team immediately begins reviewing your data for completeness and accuracy.
Standard Processing: The approval and issuance of the Visitax authorization is the responsibility of the Mexican government. In most cases, approvals are issued within minutes of submission to the official system.
However, please be aware that:
- Incorrect or incomplete data provided during the application may result in processing delays.
- Government system maintenance or high volume periods may occasionally affect processing times.
Delivery Method
Once your Visitax authorization is approved, the official document will be sent directly to the email address you provided during the application process. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within the expected timeframe.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by decisions made by government authorities or technical issues within the official government platform. However, our team is available to assist you in tracking the status of your application and resolving any data issues that may be causing a delay.

Notice: https://visit.tax/ is officially certified by the Mexican government as an authorized non-government service provider. We are explicitly permitted to assist individuals and legal entities with their administrative travel documentation for short-term stays in Mexico. Our services are offered at a fee of $100 USD ($16 refers to the tax, and $20 is the service fee.), which covers the associated immigration service costs. Alternatively, you may apply for your FMM (Forma Migratoria Múltiple) directly through the official Mexican Government Portal at a lower cost.
