- The official government fee for the Visitax authorization

- Secure submission and processing of your data
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in the following specific circumstance:
- If your Visitax application is officially denied by the Mexican government.
In other cases, such as voluntary cancellation by the user after the application has been processed or submitted to the government, refunds may not be available as the service is considered rendered and government fees are typically non-refundable.
Processing Refunds
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your application details. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a standard processing time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We are explicitly permitted to assist individuals and legal entities with their administrative travel documentation for short-term stays in Mexico. Our services are offered at a fee of $100 USD ($16 refers to the tax, and $20 is the service fee.), which covers the associated immigration service costs. Alternatively, you may apply for your FMM (Forma Migratoria Múltiple) directly through the official Mexican Government Portal at a lower cost.
