Legal Notice – VISIT.TAX
At Visit.tax, we are committed to building a relationship of trust with our customers. It is important that all users understand that their legal rights are respected and protected. By using our services or this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Use of Services
Visit.tax is a private company that provides digital assistance and concierge services for travelers who wish to obtain a Travel Authorization (Visitax) to enter the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. We are not affiliated with the Mexican Government.
Our service includes reviewing the application for completeness, submitting it on your behalf to the official platform, and ensuring clarity throughout the process. Upon submitting the form on our website, our team reviews the data before sending it for official processing.
Important: The approval and issuance of the Visitax authorization is the sole responsibility of the Mexican government. In most cases, approvals are issued within minutes. However, incorrect or incomplete data may result in delays.
Travel authorizations are typically valid for multiple entries within a specified period or until the passport expires — whichever occurs first.
Before finalizing payment, you will be able to review and correct all the details you provided. Once confirmed, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway to complete your purchase.
The content on our website is compiled from publicly available government information and is presented in a simplified format to help travelers understand and complete their application more easily.
Use of our website and services is entirely at the user’s own risk.
